Our Mission
This Isn't Another "We Care About Our Patients" Story.
This is about why I spent years developing a unique approach to healing after watching countless active, health-conscious individuals—just like you—struggle with chronic pain, forced to modify workouts, miss out on life, and lose their sense of control over their bodies.
At Optimal Wellness Center, we don’t just focus on pain relief. We focus on restoring your body to its natural state of optimal health—so you can move freely, train without limits, and live without fear of injury holding you back.
Beyond Pain Relief—Unlocking Your Full Potential
Wellness isn’t just about being pain-free. It’s about creating the ideal conditions for your body to function at its highest level. When your body heals properly and maintains itself well, you don’t just feel "better"—you experience a whole new level of vitality, resilience, and peak performance.
For the 1,200+ patients we've helped, that means more than just relief—it means getting back to lifting, running, golfing, playing with their kids, and thriving in their careers. No surgery. No unnecessary medications. Just real, lasting results.
If you're ready to stop managing symptoms and start truly healing, you’re in the right place. Let’s get you back to doing what you love—without limitations.

The Optimal Wellness Center Story
After years of working with a variety of health care professionals, Dr. Bruce Nielson decided the best way to give his patients the care they needed was to create a clinic where all those needs could be met. In July 2003, a diversified team came together to form the Optimal Wellness Center. By creating this network of holistic health care professionals, they can now work as a team in helping many people with various health issues. The OWC is a convenient place for patients, and the public, to come in and receive what is needed because they have a "one stop health facility".
Optimal Wellness Center has licensed massage therapists and was designed to promote peacefulness, healing and tranquility. The center and all its providers are oriented in first finding the primary problem that is causing the health crisis. Once the root of the problem has been determined, the treatment choice may utilize programs to help structural, chemical, mental, or emotional imbalances. By implementing these phases of care, OWC truly utilizes the "holistic" whole body approach to health care.
